NABARD Recruitment 2019: Applications are invited from qualified Indian people to serve as Development Assistant / Development Assistant (Hindi) in the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). Applicants may apply only to ON-LINE on the NABARD website www.nabard.org between 14 September 2019 and 02 October 2019. NABARD is an all-India Apex Organization, entirely owned by the Government of India and equal employment of chance.

Applicants should read all directions closely before applying and guarantee that they meet all the eligibility requirements for the post. NABARD will accept applicants on the grounds of the data provided in the ON-LINE application along with the relevant fee and will check their eligibility before entering.

Guidelines for reserved Category Applicants:


Reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) is applied to 4 per cent of the total vacancy rate, horizontally, within the total vacancy rate for different categories, UR, SC, ST & OBC, as per the Right to Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

EXS Reservation is applied to @14.5 per cent of total vacancies, including a 4.5 per cent reservation for disabled ex-servicemen and dependents of servicemen murdered in practice, together, horizontally, within the complete Statewise vacancies allocated to different classifications visz., UR, SC, ST & OBC

Reserved category applicants belonging to SC / ST / OBC (Non Creamy Layer) may apply for unreserved vacancies if vacancies have not been reserved for their category in their country of residence. They must, however, meet the eligibility requirements for age and educational qualifications at the same level as unreserved applicants. However, they will be eligible for a fee concession, where appropriate.

Candidates from the OBC category but from the ' Creamy Layer ' category are not entitled to OBC reservations. They should refer to their category as ' General ' (UR).

OBC candidates, availing reservation advantage will have to create an OBC certificate given on or after 1 April 2019 with a non-creamy layer provision as per the Government. Guidance on India. Reservations under different categories will be as per the prevailing rules of the Government of India at the moment of finalization of the outcome.

Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs): Persons who are not subject to the reservation system for SCs, STs and OBCs and whose family has gross annual revenue below Rs.8.00 lakh (Rupees 8 lakh) and who meet the Government of India requirements for EWSs are to be recognized as EWSs for the advantage of the reservation. Income shall also include earnings from all sources, i.e. wages, agriculture, company, occupation, etc., for the financial year preceding the year of implementation.

Reservation for Economically Weaker Recruitment Section (EWS) is regulated by Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019—Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019 of the Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance & Pensions, Government of India.

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in English / Hindi with Hindi and English as a mandatory or elective topic with a minimum of 50 per cent marks (pass marks for SC / ST / PWBD / EXS applicants) in the aggregate OR Bachelor's degree with Hindi and English as primary topics with a minimum of 50 per cent marks (pass marks for SC / ST / PWBD / EXS applicants) in the aggregate Candidate must be accepted.

SALARY

PAY SCALE : Selected Candidates will draw a starting fundamental salary of Rs. 14,650/-per month (including two advance increments) on the scale of Rs. 13150-750-15400-900-19000-1200-26200-1300-28800-1480-33240-1750-34990 (20 years) and other allowances, viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensation Allowance, Transport Allowance, etc. as admissible from time to time. At current, the original monthly Gross emoluments for Development Assistant / Development Assistant (Hindi) are roughly Rs.32,000/-.

Perquisites: Available perquisites include NABARD's lodging subject to availability, refund of gasoline for vehicles for formal purposes, Newspaper, Brief Case, Book Grant, Allowance for furnishings of residence, etc., as per eligibility, dispensary facilities in addition to reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment / hospitalization as per eligibility; Interest free Festival Advance, Loans and advances at concessional interest rates for housing, car, education, consumer goods, personal computers, etc. Applicants chosen for the position will be subject to the ' Defined Contribution to the New Pension Scheme (NPS) ' in relation to the benefits of the Free and Optional Group Term Insurance Plan.
